As part of our Safe Church commitment, each person must go through an application process before they can step into a new ministry role. We have tried to make this as quick and streamlined as possible, but if any part of this process is unclear, or you need assistance, then please let us know as we would love to assist you serve at PBC.

Before completing this form, please note the following:

1. Please ensure you have been given a copy of the relevant Role Description. This will not only help you understand the role, but will also help you complete this form.

2. After submitting this form, the page will redirect to a Screening Requirements Page, which will show you any outstanding items for you to complete for the role. Please complete these ASAP so that we can process your application and get you serving.
