We're thrilled to have an opportunity to share the good news of Jesus with, and disciple over 100 children & their families at this year's Kid's Holiday Program (KHP) - CIRCUS BIZIRCUS!

This year, the program will be running in the July holidays (Jul 4-7) at 8.30am-1pm each day. We'd love for you to join us in the mission of sharing Jesus with the children & families who will be a part of this program.

There are several ways that you can be a part of our team:

• Small group leader - lead & disciple a group of children through the program (including training meetings)
• Kitchen helper - preparing snack food for our groups
• Parent's cafe - connecting with parents after they drop off their children.
• Prepare props - build & paint "Circus" themed props
• Friday family BBQ - Help run the BBQ for KHP families on Friday afternoon

STUDENT LEADER (under 18) APPLICATION

Unfortunately all our leadership positions are filled for this year's Kids Holiday Program. We hope that next year you be able to be a part of the team.

We're so excited that you want to be a part of discipling the children of our Kid's Holiday Program this year! All our leaders have significant responsibilities and authority. In applying to be a student leader (under 18 leader) we want to ensure you undestand the expectations of the being a leader and are ready to jump in whole heartedly.

We are limited in our need for student leaders so unfortunately not everyone who applies will be a student leader this year. Applications will close on June 11 and we will get in touch to let you know whether you'll be a student leader this year. Regardless, we love that you're here and if you don't lead at KHP this year, Ben would love to chat wbout how you can still be part of discipling our young people at PBC beyond our KHP.

EXPECTATIONS OF STUDENT LEADERS

As a student leader, you will be expected to make the following commitments:

1. Attend 2 training sessions (1 with other student leaders and 1 with all the adult leaders as well)
2. Attend the Monday set up (no kids this day. We set up the big props)
3. Arriving on time & staying for the whole program each day - (around 8.30am to 1.30pm)
4. Help with set up & pack up each day
5. Lead, care for and disciple a small group of children for the week
   • Build a meaningful relational connection with them
   • Guide conversation toward Jesus
   • Support them as they explore faith
